WHITE WINES
Riesling
Dry, with good acidity. A versatile choice for food pairings, perfect with a wide range of dishes from poultry to poké.
Gewurztraminer
Perfect with shellfish; a little spice along with crisp, cidery fruit notes.
Pinot Gris
A semi-dry, refreshing Pinot Gris. Pear and melon notes make this a great wine with all types of seafood.
Chardonnay
Aged in stainless steel, our Chardonnay is crisp, with a hint of fruit up front, good acidity and some minerality. Perfect for pairing with local delicacies such as oysters and Dungeness crab!
Bay Blush
A traditional Oregon rosé of Pinot Noir, but with a non-traditional twist, as it is blended with Riesling. A crowd pleaser, especially during Summer!
RED WINES
Pinot Noir
Oregon's scenic Willamette Valley is the premier region in all of North America for this varietal. Our Pinot is light, earthy & oaky, with a hint of spice and a light ruby red color. A great wine that pairs well with Chinook Salmon, Thanksgiving turkey, duck, venison and a wide array of cheeses.
Cabernet
A full-bodied red with dark fruit notes and a pleasing, jammy mouth feel.
Merlot
Garnet colored, aromatic, with hints of plum. Ripe fruit with a good balance of tannins and acid. Hints of Black Currant in the lingering finish. Bright and medium-bodied.
Harbor Red
A smooth, medium-bodied blend of Pinot Noir and Merlot that is perfect on the dinner table most every night.
Marechal Foch
A big, bold, full-bodied red wine that is rare in Oregon— an interesting varietal to try.
FRUIT WINES
Made from 100% local Oregon fruit!
Coastal Cranberry
White Riesling blended with cranberries. A sweet, tart, wine with racing acidity to help balance richer, fatty foods.
Peach
A wonderful representation of Oregon peaches— peach lovers cannot get enough of this one!
Pacific Plum
Made from 100% Oregon-grown Italian plums. Pairs well with Asian cuisine flavors (umami) or Southern BBQ (tangy).
American Niagara
Tastes like a fresh-picked grape, right off the vine. A favorite at Depoe Bay Winery. The Niagara grape is a hybrid of the Cassady and Concord grapes.
Oregon Blackberry
Tastes just like the fresh Blackberries abundant all over this great State.
Santa's Elixir
Our Holiday-spiced wine is a cranberry wine with mulling spices added and is intended to be served warm, like a mulled wine or gluehwein. Served this way, it makes the house smell festive! This was a limited release during the holiday season, but due to its popularity we now produce it year round.
Honey Mead
Our sweetest wine is sweet like ice wine. 100% Oregon Clover Honey.
Sweet Red
A red Concord grape wine that tastes like a ripe backyard grape— one of our most popular seasonal wines.
Rhubarb
It tastes just like Grandma's rhubarb pies— with a pleasing tartness
Pear
Made from the Bartlett pear in a lighter, crisp style. Often paired with seafood, it is also versatile as a sipping or dessert wine.
American Early Muscat
Light, silky and sweet, with slight citrus notes.
Apple Jack
A tasty apple cider wine!
